Marilyn Foxall, MSHRM, SWP, HCS
Bio
Marilyn Foxall is the chief Human Resources (HR) officer at Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL). She is responsible for all aspects of HR, including shaping the long-term strategy that enables SRNL to attract, recruit, develop, and retain the exceptional talent necessary to achieve its vision, mission and goals.
Foxall served as interim HR director and division director for Talent Services at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). She was a trusted adviser to ORNL leadership, offering guidance on matters such as compensation, benefits, training, organizational development, labor relations, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Before ORNL, she was the senior manager of Human Resources as well as the manager of Compensation and Relocation at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). She provided strategies to help achieve the organization’s goals including risk mitigation, performance philosophy, workforce planning, employee relations, employment law, talent selection, onboarding, and diversity. Additionally, Foxall has held leadership positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Comcast, Chevron, Toyota, and Wells Fargo.
Foxall has a Bachelor of Science in organizational behavior from the University of San Francisco, as well as a Master of Science in human resource management from Golden Gate University. Additionally, she holds a Human Capital Strategist certification and Strategic Workforce Planning certification from the Human Capital Institute. She is also a certified Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
